A credit card deposit payment equivalent to the first nights accommodation is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation outside of 14 days of arrival will incur a 30% cancellation fee; remaining fee of the first nights stay
will be refunded to credit card or by cheque. Cancellation inside 14 days of arival will forfeit your first nights stay. Change of booking date-deposit will be transferred to a new if 14 days notice is given, will be transferred
to new date at no charge as long as the same accommodation is available on revised date.
